Please check below for availability through OpenTable or call 530.583.5700 to speak directly to a hostess after 4pm Wednesday thru Sunday. We are CLOSED Mondays & Tuesdays. WE NOW ACCEPT RESERVATIONS AT THE BAR! Please inquire with our hostess or 'add a special request' when booking thru OpenTable.
We have moved to indoor dining only for the season. Please understand a lake view is not guaranteed as we are not located on the water. Arriving early will not result in being seated. Reservations are spaced out accordingly for our staff, mainly the kitchen. Each reservation is for 2 hours, please be mindful of this, as your time will be shortened if your party is late. Thank you for understanding!
For COVID: masks are optional for employees & guests ~ air-purifiers continuously operating inside ~ our staff are all vaccinated, wash/sanitize their hands regularly, & wear gloves for certain tasks.

Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore in downtown Tahoe City. On the lakeside of Highway 28, we are across the street from the high-rise Pepper Tree Inn. Parking is available in our front lot and the lot on the left side of our building. Plus, our neighbor Berkshire's lot and street parking.

North Lake Tahoe’s premiere restaurant and popular bar is celebrating 43 years of exceptional service. As a family-run business since 1978, our high standards of a good restaurant has remained consistent throughout the years. We strive daily for consistency to deliver a high-level of excellence. Our guests are important to us, often becoming our friends and friends with each other.
Chef-Owner Douglas Dale, has developed ‘Cuisine Unique' since day one. A fusion of Asian and European style influences paired with the spirit of California. The menus change frequently to achieve the challenge of 'Fresh Food, Prepared Simply’. Wolfdale's transforms food into cuisine and meals into memories all while taking pride in accommodating all of our guests' needs (fun fact: our menu is primarily gluten free).
We love Lake Tahoe and our community. Our location is a bonus, where Summers are paradise and the Winters are a snowy-wonderland. Wolfdale's offers lake-view dining with a warm ambiance. In the Summer, our deck and courtyard provide outdoor dining. Our courtyard is a great space for private events ~ hint-hint ~ with fire-pit tables...and a possible bocce court.
